PSPNET is Here to Help
Sign up now for our free internet-delivered cognitive behavioural therapy (ICBT) developed with and for Canadian first responders and other public safety personnel (PSP). This convenient and confidential service recognizes PSP’s interest to manage their symptoms independently.
Check out the new PSPNET video explaining our website and services.
We encourage you to share this video widely!
Champions of Mental Health
Shortlisting for the Champions of Mental Health Awards is nearly complete! We look forward to celebrating our 2024 CoMH winners soon.

Indigenous Outreach & Engagement
PSPNET is working with an advisory group of First Nations and Métis Peoples and allies who are providing guidance and feedback on our services, research, and outreach.
Members include an Elder, public safety personnel (PSP), researchers, community members, and more.
This group has encouraged outreach to Indigenous organizations across Saskatchewan to increase awareness of our services and resources free to all Canadian first responders and other PSP. To date, 94 Saskatchewan communities have been contacted so far.
SEPA Conference
CIPSRT attended the Saskatchewan Emergency Planners Association (SEPA) Conference from October 22–24. We were happy to make new connections with public safety personnel (PSP) throughout Saskatchewan!
